Wonderful home!! Beautiful. Had everything we needed and more! Loved it. The back patio was great, the kitchen had so many utensils, the furniture was ultra comfortable. Thank you.
This cute and comfortable casita is in a great location for exploring Tucson and the Loop Bike path. It is also very well equipped - all the kitchen stuff you want and also a tool drawer and even a bike pump. The backyard patio is very inviting, too. Easy access to streetcar and bus lines and easy walking distance to downtown. We even discovered the Sonoran School of Glass a few blocks away and joined in a fun glass blowing class! I would stay here again.
We love the casita and the neighborhood. Would stay again but it's apparently not available the next 2 times we plan to visit Tucson. I only have a couple of picky suggestions: nicer TP and no wire hangers.

Great house!
As cute as it looks in the pictures and great location. Quick responses to texted questions.
When I lived in Tucson 35 years ago, my high school friend's abuelos lived in this neighborhood. While it's in the midst of gentrification, the barrio still has a ton of character and this house is full of it. The backyard was great for stargazing and campfires.
Property was as advertised, and we enjoyed our stay. Parking was as described too. Location was very convenient for our needs. If we were pressed to make suggestions, I would mention adding to the brief instructions already left for guests, perhaps with basic information on how to operate TV setup, how to operate video-doorbell (I forget the brand name by now) , and the preferred process to follow if the internet were to have a hiccough. Overall a very pleasant stay, thank you!

Excellent location, historical casita with modern amenities,
Very good location, up 22nd st to get East, a couple blocks to the freeway to get north or south. three blocks from downtown. quiet. original brick floors and ocotillio ceiling. good kitchen. rent it.
We loved this property & will return. Our only complaint is with vacasa. We needed to leave early & asked for a single nights credit or something. Dealing with a corporation vs an actual owner was frustrating.

I've stayed in several barrio locations. This was very nice, as described, and reasonably priced. Our only issues were: 1) directions getting into the lock box were odd/unclear, my husband finally figured it out; 2) the twin beds are not mattresses so they are quite hard, I slept on the couch instead for 3 nights; 3) it would be nice to have a few tea bags or a bit of coffee in the house for when guests first arrive and haven't had a chance to shop yet. The decor, rear courtyard, general appointments and overall comfort level were excellent. We're grateful to have your property as an option in the barrio. Thank you.

Hi, Fifi, thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We appreciate our guests' feedback as a means to improve and will consider this feedback to make necessary upgrades. We hope to host you again soon!
A delightful find in Barrio Viejo—fun Southwestern decor, well appointed and maintained. A happy place to relax and/or entertain. Lovely back patio area. Stressful late arrival-after dark (2 a.m.) and lockbox was not on door, as indicated. Helpful Vacasa staff member saved the day. Suggest installing motion sensor porch light and a supply of teabags to settle the nerves of weary travelers. Appreciated selection of boardgames, but lighting over dining table needs help-replace light bulbs. Advise shims under front of corner cupboard in dinning area—tipped forward when I opened it to get out placemats and napkins!!! The Blessed Virgin and the donkey piniata nearly bit the dust!!! All in all, minor inconveniences compared to overall quality of property. We would definitely stay here again if the occasion arose.
Good location, loved the backyard. Things were clean except shower doors, water left standing in the tub. It would be nice to have brighter lights in the bedroom and bathroom. For safety concerns, front porch needs a much brighter light to see walkway.

Looked brighter and newer on line. Much stuff in some of drawers and cabinets that should be tossed-parrticulatly under bathroom sink. owner had old note book in drawer listing her # to call if any issues??? TV did not work and owner had inaccurate info in the OLD note book- toss the notebook. Property Mgt tech responded pleasantly and fixed TV problem. All artificial flowers very dusty-toss them. I threw away toilet brush on day 1. Bought new one. Question that bed was possibly infested. Property mgt did pleasantly check.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming casita! The location was central to everything we wanted to do. The toys available in the backyard kept our 5 year old occupied when we needed to accomplish a few chores. He also loved the house, especially raking leaves in the yard! The home is truly Tucson in every way: adobe thick walls, great artwork, custom details, gorgeous tile work, vibrant colors, etc. The kitchen is quite well equipped and we could do our usual cooking there with no modifications—thank you for the KitchenAid mixer! The neighborhood was nice and remarkably friendly and welcoming to us, even knowing we were short term visitors. We hope this home is available for our next trip!
Our family loved our stay in this little historical and beautifully appointed casita. The location is central to everything we needed and wanted: great food, close to family, near the YMCA gym, children's museum, etc. The small cozy backyard was great for our five year old who enjoyed the toys and the rake! We hope this casita is available for our next trip!
