Some things to look into: The living room has a number of small shelves, some of them look to be at risk of falling. The hot water is really hot! Should the water heater be adjusted?The drain in the downstairs shower is slow.We enjoyed our stay and loved the area! We appreciated all the fans as it was quite hot at the beginning of our stay.

The check in was easy, parking two cars was cramped but manageable. Tons of silverware and glasses but not enough plates and bowls for the 7 people they allow to stay in their home. There is not a dishwasher, and the sponge they had for handwashing was dirty and smelt horrible!! We washed everything with the paper towels provided. I fresh sponge should be supplied with each new renter. All doors and windows were operable - doors did not have screens for better airflow and to prevent bugs. There are plenty of box fans though. Above the back door was a hanging live wire(if the light switch is turned on), so be careful when stepping out to the deck. For the high priced cleaning fee, the home wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped. When we arrived there was a body hair on the toilet seat. The home, living space and views were beautiful - but with the current state of the home, I would not stay again.
