It was a great stay! Good location with great walking shopping and restaurants. The place was clean and very big, with a huge kitchen and dining area. Only flaw at all was the programmed ac…kicked on Saturday and almost froze us out. Had to figure out the programs to reverse it. No biggie though…I hope to stay here again next time I’m in town.

If one wishes to be in easy walking distance of everything Old Town Scottsdale has to offer, this is a great place. And if you like the smell of pizza, big bonus being upstairs in the building with Grimaldi’s Pizza!

Fantastic Location!

The location of this property cannot be beat! Walking distance to all of the best restaurant and bars. The property itself was beautifully updated and furnished. Normal wear and tear on the carpet and bedding, but everything else was in perfect condition! Would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely perfect. Right smack in the middle of downtown Scottsdale. You’re right above Grimaldi’s pizza which is absolutely delicious. We ate it twice during our stay. Apartment was clean, modern and absolutely gorgeous. Parking was easy and close. Area was safe. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.

Looks just like the pictures. Great location. Very clean and quiet. Only complaint is the tankless hot water heater. Never really got hot. Lukewarm showers. Everything else perfect.

First glance clean, but carpets are stained as is some furniture. 4 adults and we could not get more than 4 wash cloths or hand towels. Which makes things gross after hiking and having to reuse Desert is cool in the evening, beds only come with light weight coverlet . Better to stay in hotelcoverlet

In the heart of old Scottsdale

Very good location, beds were comfortable kitchen was well stocked everything you needed, living room furniture was not comfortable and very worn out, garbage disposal did not work in kitchen though we only found that out the last night there as we decided to stay in and cook. Biggest complaint was the elevator did not work and I am handicapped and my very small wife had to carry everything up the stairs. The web site should have mentioned that because we would not have stayed there

Great Location

Great location right in the middle of Old Town. The pictures on the listing are spot on. Couple things we did not like the condo had a musty smell to it. You really notice it when you first walk in. We had a guest with us that had a cat allergy and it really affected her. Other things living room tv very hard to get to work tried to mirror our YouTube tv on it but would not connect. Bedroom tv remote no batteries, also the bedding in the master bedroom lacked.
