The space-

Welcome to your next beach getaway! The first floor features an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, large island, dining area, and a welcoming living space with a sectional sofa and flat-screen TV—perfect for gathering after a beach day. The first-floor primary suite includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. An office space that doubles as an additional bedroom with a daybed, plus a convenient half bath, completes this level.

Step outside to the private backyard patio, ideal for relaxing evenings around the wood-burning fire pit. Enjoy outdoor dining with the 6-burner gas grill and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day in the sand.

Upstairs, you’ll find a second living area with ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and a game table—great for cards and board games. The second floor also offers four additional bedrooms: two with queen beds, one with two twin beds, and one with two full beds. Two full bathrooms with tub/shower combinations and a laundry room make longer stays easy and comfortable.

Guest access-

Entire home- All guests access the home from the smart lock on the front door; codes are given out the morning of your arrival. Guests may access the garage through the inside of the home.

Parking for up to four mid-sized cars in the driveway and overflow parking can be found at the clubhouse.

To use the amenities at the clubhouse, the user must pay $38 per week, per person for anyone 6 years or older. They must be purchased from the clubhouse with a credit card only. All guests staying at SeaScape Rental properties will be automatically on the list, so you do not need to bring proof of rental contract. All amenities are available for guests except the indoor pool, which is for residents only.

A weekend shuttle operates in the community taking guests to the Bethany Beach boardwalk free of charge.

In an effort to keep costs down, this rental does not supply linens or towels. If you want to bring your own, please do. If you would like us to supply the linen package to you (Linens, Washcloths, Hand towels and Towels) please let us know after you book. The cost for this service is $200 total, payable to our cleaning division.
