A recently renovated holiday apartment located in the small town of Lierna on the shores of Lake Como, Casa Royale Appartamento Acqua consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer (in the communal laundry room), wireless printer (for smart working, can be connected to smartphones), bottle warmer, hair straightener and a television. A cot and a highchair are available for an extra fee.
There is also a shared area with table football, Tam Tam table, chess, tabletop games a children area.

Outside, there is a private furnished balcony from where you will be able to enjoy the view over the lake.

In the town of Lierna itself, you can find ferry service across the lake just 250m away, as well as bus and train service nearby. The nearest beach (Riva Bianca) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes (800m). There is also a hiking path in the area that goes from Abbadia Lariana to Colico, which is renowned among hikers. The nearest airport is in Bergamo, which is 1 hour away by car (55km).

In the village square is available, for a fee, an EV socket. In the parking lot of the square is also possible to rent an electric car by the hour. The building has a camera active 24/7. It is located at the entrance to the building and is pointed at the front door. The camera only records the moment the door opens for about 1 minute, the recordings are automatically deleted after 3 hours and there is no way to retrieve the images
