Nice place to stay

Location very close to the beach, quiet place, terrace, possibility to grill own food. Provide trash bags and more toilet paper. I was not able to find any TV channel to watch Euro 2024 matches, there were only steange channels available.

Wonderful vacation home

House is in great location very close to stores,restaurants,bus stops and the most important it is really close to the beach.House is really big and comfortable.It is clean and has all the equipment you need.Air conditioning is working great.Two bathrooms are very comfortable. Leaving two sets of keys would be nice because sometimes you have two separate families and they would like to do something different. Buy more knives for the kitchen…butter knives would be appreciated.

Amazing house for 8 people just 200 m away from the beach

The house is fantastic. It has everything you need to have a lovely stay, from good and enough cutlery to everything you need for cooking for eight people without sweating. It also has a lovely barbecue outside that does not appear in the pictures. All the rooms with working AC to ensure being well rested during hot days and a beautiful outdoor table to enjoy being outside. The area is peaceful and just 200 m away from the beach, which was great for us. It has some very nice restaurants and good markets for simple grocery shopping. The host was super responsive and gave us tips for the surroundings, we will definitely return next year.

Good holiday in this villa

Chose villa because it had 4 bedrooms and was close to beach, shops and restaurants. It was all of that, also very close to bus stop and taxi rank which was also useful. A brush and pan as well as keys to bathrooms would have been useful. But only real issue was that private transfer drivers didn't seem to be able to find the address. Something about the address had them puzzled! Though they could find the Orquidea Playa, which was only 100 metres away on the same street.

House in superb location almost on the beach

I have been coming in the house for app. 15 years and the location is super. I like the owners and it is like coming home. The new fridge was a hit! The house is basically equipped, however, the mattress in the master bedroom could do with a change. The kitchen equipment needs in update, fancy cooking is difficult due to lack of pots and pans - also for the oven.

Villa w dobrym standardzie, czysta i przygotowana na nasz przyjazd

5minut do plaży, która jest bezpieczna i przystanku autobusowego oraz sklepów i restauracji. 20min spacerkiem do lidla. 30min do portu, w którym jest mnóstwo dobrych restauracji. Komunikacja z właścicielem bezproblemowa, po zgłoszonym problemie (skończył się gaz) reakcja była natychmiastowa.

Beste Lage!! Strandnähe und ruhig

Lage natürlich absolut top! 200 m bis zum Strand. Es war auch wirklich sehr ruhig! Einzig man merkt das die Möbel der Unterkunft schon in die Jahre gekommen sind. Ist aber genauso wie auf dem Bild!

Rundum zufrieden

Tolle Lage, nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Bushaltestelle, Supermärkte und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, alles so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die eingebauten Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei, Ideal Property hat innerhalb weniger Minuten auf Fragen oder Anmerkungen reagiert.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super. Ruhige Lage kein Verkehr. Wie es dann im Sommer ist kann ich aktuell nicht einschätzen. Die Küche war für 4 Leute bestens ausgestattet. Für 8 wären die Tassen etwas knapp. :-) Alles war sauber. Die Terrassen sind wirklich super zum Verweilen. Mein Zimmer war etwas muffelig, aber ok für die Nacht. Ich würde das Ferienhaus weiter empfehlen.

Empfehlenswertes Urlaubsdomizil

Mit unserer Wahl, dieses Haus für unseren Urlaub zu mieten, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur hat wunderbar geklappt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, es war sehr sauber und ist modern eingerichtet. Bis zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte und der Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Agentur für die gute Betreuung. Gerne wieder. H. und G.
