Vacation Home "Casa Cantino" with Pool, Wi-Fi & Terrace

The charming vacation home "Cantino" is an original Mallorcan house quietly located in the village of Santa Margarita in the northeast of Mallorca. The lovingly renovated vacation home is furnished with historic Mallorcan furniture in combination with simple white furniture and appears very bright and friendly. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet and can accommodate therefore 4 people. Additional amenities of the child-friendly vacation home include Wi-Fi, a TV and a washing machine, while a baby crib and a high chair are available on request.

The house has many shared spaces that offer great comfort, such as the former garage, which is now a cozy sheltered place where you can barbecue. Or the terrace directly at the house with the wonderful pool, or the roof terrace with sun loungers and sitting area, which offers a great far view. Here every vacationer will find his favorite place.

In the village there are several restaurants, cafes and bars, which are within 7-15 minutes walking distance. A supermarket is located 550m from the accommodation and can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. The nearest beach, Platja de Na Patana, can be reached in 13 minutes (12km) by car.

Parking spaces are not available. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available.

Pros: Great little house done up to a very high standard. All facilities you could need provided in the property and amenities in walking distance. The host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend if you are happy/able to stay out with the main town/tourist spots and use public transport/car as well worth it.

Paradis sur terre

Pros: Au delà de nos attente la maison est tout simplement un rêve, nous avons passé 17 jours formidable, très bien situé pour visiter cette île magique, au calme mais à la fois tout proche de la vie festive d'Alcudia très facile d'accès. La maison est très bien équipé nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nos hôtes sont des personnes disponible, très acceuillants et sympathique que nous remercions grandement.

Une très jolie maison, typique de l île

Pros: Hôtesse très accueillante, maison très propre et piscine entretenue régulièrement. Située à 10 /15min des superbes plages du Nord de l île. Climatisation, jeux pour la famille. Cons: Une taxe d électricité est à prévoir en plus en arrivant à la maison. (Le prix de 70 eur nous paraissait un peu élevé pour une semaine) Elle était bien stipulée sur l annonce mais nous n en connaissions pas le montant.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Eigentümer,

Pros: Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Eigentümer, Magdalena und Pedro, sind überaus freundlich und reagieren sofort bei den kleinsten Fragen. Nach 5 Minuten war z. B. die Gasflasche gewechselt und der Pool wurde regelmäßig gepflegt. Anreise und Abreise klappten ohne Probleme. Wir haben schon für 2020 gebucht . Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter und liebe Grüße.
