Private: property (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and trees. Patio, pergola, garden furniture, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant, bar 600 m, bakery 850 m, café 600 m, bus stop "viejo MasYMas" 500 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 700 m, shingle beach "Platja Cala Blanca" 1 km, rocky beach "Platja Segon Muntanyar" 10 m.
