The standout feature is location: Ute Valley Park’s trail system is just steps away, so you can hike or mountain bike directly from the property without fighting for parking or planning around trailhead crowds. After a full day outside, come back to a comfortable 800 sq ft space designed for downtime. With a spacious living area, comfy couch, and large TV (with streaming options included). You'll feel right at home between your excursions!

The layout sleeps up to four guests with a queen bed in the bedroom plus a twin daybed with a pull-out twin trundle, making it a strong fit for couples, friends, or small families. The kitchenette is set up for easy mornings and simple meals, with a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker with coffee provided, dishes, utensils, drinkware, and filtered water with instant hot and cold on demand.

This was a wonderful little stay, the host was extremely informative and welcoming! The bed was truly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, I miss it already!
