House with four bedrooms, two suites, fine workmanship, very spacious, airy, well located between the Geribá and Manguinhos beaches and can walk to any of them. One of the suites have whirlpool. Nearby there are supermarkets, bakery, bank, pharmacy, internet café, etc. Own water supply of Prolagos and even a cistern of 24 000 liters, ie not lack water. Showers and taps with the heating boiler. Large garage for 4 cars. Living room with sofa 2:03 seats, 29-inch TV, dining table for eight people. Spacious kitchen with frost-free fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, modular cabinets, table and other utensils. Wide outdoor area. Balcony and ceramic lawn.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo proprietário que nos acolheu e mostrou toda a casa. tudo em ótimo funcionamento e excelente localização. peca apenas por não ter ar-condicionado em nenhum cômodo. porem tirando este fato a casa é excelente
