As a newly constructed home, it offers a screened-in front deck with four chairs, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The kitchen and dining area, located on the second floor, include a dining table with seating for four, additional barstool seating for four, and a variety of appliances such as a refrigerator with an icemaker, coil cooktop stove, microwave, drip coffeemaker, toaster, and garbage disposal. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, which offers comfortable couch seating for nine, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan for entertainment and relaxation. The home's sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort for all guests.

The master bedroom, located on the second floor, features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with a double vanity and glass door walk-in shower.
