Welcome to Pool House!

This modern, well-equipped 3-bedroom rental unit comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. It features central heating and air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a private pool with a picnic table. The property provides parking for six vehicles and an outdoor shower for added convenience. As a newly constructed home, it offers a screened-in front deck with four chairs, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The kitchen and dining area, located on the second floor, include a dining table with seating for four, additional barstool seating for four, and a variety of appliances such as a refrigerator with an icemaker, coil cooktop stove, microwave, drip coffeemaker, toaster, and garbage disposal. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, which offers comfortable couch seating for nine, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan for entertainment and relaxation. The home's sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort for all guests.

The master bedroom, located on the second floor, features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with a double vanity and glass door walk-in shower. The third floor includes two additional bedrooms: one with two twin beds and one full bed, and another with three full beds, each equipped with flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans. We stayed here for a week with our family and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, and having our own private pool made the trip even better. The house was clean when we arrived and was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week.Zack was a great host and responded quickly whenever we had a question.The only suggestion I would make is to add an additional trash can. For a house of this size, one trash can isn’t quite enough for a week’s stay with a large family. Other than that, everything was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book this house again.

Nice house, good location, friendly neighbors. The house was new/updated/well cared for. We loved having our own pool and being right next to the path. The beach was a 0.5 mile walk from the house; perfectly fine for adults, just a touch further than we would have hoped with gear and kids in tow. It would have been nice had their been a floor plan included in the listing, because the reality of the upstairs layout was not what we imagined. The "loft" space with the trundle bed was at the intersection of the two bedrooms and shared bathroom upstairs. Our plan was to have an adult couple in each of the upstairs bedrooms and two children in the loft area, but the loft area was not conducive for anyone to sleep with any privacy, so we shared one of the bedrooms with our two children. Otherwise, there were just some minor things that could be addressed to make it a five star experience. The wifi password was not included in the app (or noted anywhere in the house), the microwave was broken, the gate between the car port and the pool was locked (so we had to go up the stairs and through the house to access the back yard), there were no wine glasses, there weren't really hangers in any of the closets, there wasn't a blender (which to be fair, the description didn't include, but would have been nice to have for a beach vacation). Just a few little things that, if the owners stayed in the house for a week would probably be addressed. If fixed, we would stay again!
