We had a great stay at this place. The communication was great and fast. The place was clean and had everything we needed including a crib that was set up for us. Location was perfect. I can’t stress how good this place was to stay at.

Gepflegte moderne zentrale Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr gepflegt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war komplikationslos. Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und Haushaltsrolle sowie Geschirrspültabs waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem. Es ist evtl. empfehlenswert bei Nacht die Fenster zu schließen oder Ohropax zu nutzen, da die vor der Wohnung vorbeifahrende Straßenbahn etwas lauter ist. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß oder per öffentlichem Nahverkehr (Empfehlung: Besorgung von Zeitkarten über Wienerlinien, gut online möglich) zu erreichen. Ein Auto kann gut in einem Parkhaus untergestellt werden. Das am nächsten liegende Parkhaus befindet sich "Am Kaisermühlendamm 113b und ist ca. 20 Min. von der Wohnung entfernt (U-Bahn Linie 2, Richtung Schottentor, Ausstieg Taborstraße). Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist weniger als 50 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

It was a pleasure to stay at this property. The host was very approachable and easy to talk to. The accommodation was perfect for what we wanted and a 15- 20 minute walk from the centre which we were happy to do! Would stay again.

Tolle Zentrale Wohnung

Ideale Lage für einen Städtetrip, sehr gut ausgestattet auch für längere Aufenthalte. Moderne und neuwertige Einrichtung, sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Ein kleiner minus Punkt, ist aber die Parksituation vor Ort.
