The space

Welcome to 'Myst Retreat House!'

As you arrive, you're welcomed by a private pool with a sun shelf, hot tub, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill located at the front of the home, creating a relaxing outdoor space right as you step onto the property.

From the pool deck, you'll enter directly into the main living room, where comfortable seating makes it easy to unwind and gather with friends and family. Just beyond the living room is the dining room with a table for 8, perfect for enjoying meals together. The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with high-end appliances, ample cabinet/prep space, and island seating for 5. This floor also includes a convenient half bathroom and the first guest bedroom, which has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

Step out back from the kitchen to the backyard, where you'll find a large decked area surrounded by trees, offering added privacy and shade. This outdoor space includes a dining table and additional sun loungers for relaxing.

On the second floor, there is the laundry room plus 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, access to a shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The next bedroom also has a King bed, access to the shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The 3rd bedroom is complete with a King bed along with one set of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

On the third floor, you'll find an additional living space, along with a playroom with plush chairs and a TV, creating the perfect spot for kids to hang out! The final bedroom is also located on this floor, featuring two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds. This bedroom uses a dedicated hallway bathroom with a glass shower.

You're just a short walk to the beach, as well as great restaurants and shops like Greenway Station, Old Florida Fish House, Beachy Bean Coffee Co., Steamboat Grill, and more! Plus, you're only a quick LSV/golf cart ride away from The Big Chill and Seaside!

There is also a pack n' play and air mattress at the home for guests' use!

Guest access

There is parking available for 3 cars in the driveway!

Please note that the Eastern Lake Beach Access may involve wading through a small portion of the lake as pictured depending on water levels and tides.

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, pool, spa, or other amenities provided to guests.
