- Located in a 10-unit apartment building with other tenants and guests. The Balboa Boardwalk is also directly in front of the building. Although we encourage all guests to be mindful of their volume, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a completely quiet stay.
- Please note that this unit does not come with reserved on-site parking. However, convenient alternatives are available nearby: the closest paid lot is just steps away, and another is located slightly over a block from the property. Limited free street parking is also available in the surrounding area, though it can be challenging to find—especially during summer months and holiday weekends when demand is high.
