Thank you for your feedback. We completely agree that travel insurance is a wise investment, especially when unexpected circumstances arise close to a trip. Because reservations are often made months in advance, last-minute cancellations can be very difficult to rebook, which is whey we encourage guests to consider travel insurance for added peace of mind. We are sorry that you were unable to enjoy the condo yourself, but we're delighted that your niece and sister were able to take the trip and experience the property. We're especially pleased to hear they enjoyed the beautiful views and resort amenities. Our goal is to create an elegant and welcoming space for our guests, and the decor includes glass and decorative accents that many visitors appreciate.
