Welcome to “Carolina Winds”, our second home that we selectively rent to guests, referrals and friends.

This second row Condo features two bedrooms, two baths, and both ocean and canal views. Amenities include private pool, cable television, WiFi, 46” LED flat screen, flat screens TVs in both bedrooms, full-sized, front-load washer and dryer, granite counter tops and an over sized deck (14x20) that is perfect for outdoor dining and watching the fireworks. A queen bed in each room and a queen sleeper/sofa will accommodate up to 6 adults and pack-n-play will take care of the infant or toddler. The condo is nicely decorated with fun beach colors and is a fantastic place for a family vacation, romantic getaway or girl’s weekend.

This Condo has multiple beach access points directly across the street. No need to load-down the minivan; the storage area includes boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella and buckets for building sand castles!

We are a 5 minute walk to the Boardwalk which features the infamous Britt’s Donuts, seasonal rides, shops and restaurants, fireworks on Thursday nights and other major holidays and Sunday night movies at the lake. Just a few blocks from the condo is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals.

The condo is in an older building, but the host has done a very good job with the up keep. Dust/dirt buildup on switch and outlet plates was noticeable. The air vents were also covered in dust. With that being said the overall unit was clean and neat. Linens are in sealed packages from a cleaning service so you know they are clean. The beds are not the worst I have slept on, but leave a lot to be desired in comfort. The kitchen has an oven, microwave air fryer, and coffee maker for convenient use. There is also a very large deck space with partial ocean view that is great for unwinding at night and maving morning coffee. Overall I would recommend this condo as an affordable place to stay.
