We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The house was very clean, full of historical charm, and perfectly located just minutes from the adorable downtown Gettysburg area. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out, and the home was well-equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy Gettysburg!
The Culp House is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and spotless. Rooms are well appointed, the amenities were thorough. Conveniently located to so many historical sites. I highly recommend the Culp House.
The Culp house was the perfect place for our family getaway with friends. The location is ideal for walking into town. The house is spacious and was very clean and well supplied.
We stayed at Culp House for 2 nights with 4 of our grandchildren. Staying in this charming, well-kept, older home in the historic district of Gettysburg seemed to help make history come alive. We toured the Battlefield and museum, and walked the neighborhood. History was everywhere!
Very unique and clean house in an excellent location in downtown Gettysburg. If we visit the area again, we would not hesitate to rent the same house. A big thank you to our hosts!

Perfect setting for our family vacation.
Superb house. Excellent host. We loved it and we will be back!
My dad and I love staying at this property! It was within walking distance of most of downtown Gettysburg. The house was beautiful and spacious! And bonus points... It has its own parking lot! Which is perfect for a busy Gettysburg downtown area.
We found home to be just as described. Well maintained older home that perfectly fit the ambiance of Gettysburg. The house is conveniently located a block from the Culp Hill entrance to Gettysburg Battlefield Park. It is also within walking distance of the town's center where shops and restaurants are located. The house is furnished with several vintage pieces and is very comfy with modern appliances. We hope to stay again!
The house was gorgeous. Very welcoming. Perfect location for convenience.
2 potential issues for some. The street is busy and noisy. This was not an issue for us but could be for others. Only 1 TV with limited channels. We weren’t bothered by this but some might be. We’re already planning another stay at this home with more family
Beautiful home and perfect location. Easy to walk to town with lots of restaurant and shop choices. Enjoyed walking to the back entrance of the military park each morning. Home was clean and well equipped.
We always enjoy our annual stay at the Culp House. We are able to walk whereever we would like into the downtown restaurants and shops. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.
Location location was key and it did not disappoint, this beautiful home was only a block away from Culps Hill battlefield which made it easy to walk to and also only a few walking blocks to downtown. The home itself amazing beautiful and very welcoming, clean and kitchen has everything you need.. fell in love with the victorian charm and beds are very comfortable. We will definitely book this home again for our next trip to Gettysburg. Our host are doing everything right and you won’t be disappointed, if I could give it more than 5 stars I would !
Our stay was wonderful. The house was both comfortable and charming. The location was perfect. My brothers and I looked forward to coming back to the house each evening after a full day of touring the battlefield. Thank you for making our vosit to Gettysburg so memorable.

We enjoyed being with our family and seeing the sights. The house could use some TLC (though we realize it is historic). We think the city overall could use a lot of love. It was our first time there, but we could tell that Gettysburg seems to be having a difficult time maintaining its former glory. We wish you well
A very clean, comfortable house. We had thought about doing the hotel rooms route, but are so thankful that we chose the Culp House. Myself and my two adult sons were able to spend our free time together, and bond like we haven't been able to since they were teenagers. And best of all it is so centrally located within walking distance of the center of Gettysburg.
Great Victorian house that enhanced our Gettysburg experience. My family walked in and all I heard was Wow!, This is awesome!, and This house is amazing!." Kuddos to the housekeeper as the cleanliness and attention to detail is exceptional! The patio/garden area was delightful for morning coffee and evening chats. Convenient location from the Square and Battlefield. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about the house except for the street noise, so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.
