The country house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a separate guest house, two outdoor lounges, two indoor living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, an additional barbecue kitchen, and accommodates 8 guests, with the option for up to 10 with 2 extra beds.



Amenities include bed linen, bath and pool towels for each guest, various games like ping pong, drinking water, Wi-Fi, alarm system, air conditioning in the living room and downstairs bar, fireplace, satellite TV, laundry with washers and dryers, two extra beds available, automatic night lighting, automatic entrance gate, private parking for several cars, and pool and garden maintenance 2-3 times per week.

Vår vistelse var mycket bra och hela familjen, hade det underbart.

Pros: Hela familjen, 5 vuxna och 2 barn älskade huset, utegrillen, trädgården och sjävklart den fantastiska poolen. Almijan Alegria är beläget i ett lugnt och stilla område inte långt från Estepona samt Marbella. Närmaste strand ligger ca 900 meter bort samt en Aldi butik ca 700 meter nerför backen. Värdparet tillhandahöll bra och stabila rekommendationer beträffande restauranger, utflykter, shopping…etc. De svarade också snabbt och effektivt när vi hade några mindre problem som löstes.Värdparet är verkligen vänliga och tillmötesgående. Cons: Men…… när vi först anlände till huset upptäckte vi att det inte var städat i poolen, grillplatsen samt runt huset. Det åtgärdades dock efter 1 vecka

Beautiful grounds, stunning views, easy access to everything

Loved the home for a birthday getaway for my partner and me. House was clean and bright. Backyard and pool are showstoppers. Easy access to Estepona harbor, stores and only a 45 minute drive to Gibraltar. Will book again.

A great house, with very nice outdoor areas

4 couples traveling with babies. The house held a good standard and had everything we needed. Big, great pool area right outside the house and the owner even got us extra sunbeds at our request. Had many nice evenings outside with barbecue dinners in a fantastic view. Thanks for having us!

Great Pool, gardens and main house - Bedrooms don't work for a family

Overall, delighted with our stay (but...). The house and pool/garden area is fantastic and great for large groups and entertaining (we had a few barbeques with guests & was fab). Kitchen, living rooms, etc., all nicely finished and good location (it's a converted Finca property, not a new build and not in a developed area - but close to shops, main road and beaches). The key problem is the bedrooms aren't directly connected to living space - so you need to go out the front door (and in another outside front door), or through the main bedroom, to get to the 2 smaller bedrooms and a bathroom! It just doesn't work for a family and, the only reason we wouldn't book again (and for this reason, the house is also bit too pricey re usable space/bedrooms). Owner was great and sorted a couple of small things quickly and a great holiday overall.

Amazing Villa

This Villa exceeded all our expectations. Located in a private, peaceful setting with a fantastic layout. The pool was a good size with a large patio and furniture surrounding it to relax. The hosts were great at communicating and so helpful with assisting us with some extra local services and activities. I have no hesitation in recommending these people and their Villa.

La limpieza general y el equipamiento de la piscina claramente mejorables

Decepcionados por el estado de la limpieza de la vivienda, de los colchones y almohadas y de la piscina en el momento de la entrada que han desmerecido la vivienda. El equipamiento de la piscina muy pobre y en mal estado, se quitaron los almohadones y colchonetas porque no estaban limpias y durante la estancia no se limpiaron ni se reemplazaron

Sentimos mucho que esta inquilina y su familia no hayan disfrutado de su estancia. Hemos intentado mejorar los servicios requeridos pero el trato recibido por esta persona al servicio de limpieza como al de mantenimiento/jardinería ha sido despreciable con muy malas formas e impidiendo la labor de limpieza y mantenimiento. No solo no ingreso fianza sino que devolvió la casa con desperfectos.

Fantastic for large families

La vida loca

Leuk, groot huis, alle mogelijke faciliteiten aanwezig, eerder voor 8 personen geschikt, mooie en grote grond, op redelijk rustige locatie en dicht bij alles, mercadonas vlak bij, Estepona, Marbella in de buurt. Kortom een plaats op tot rust te komen. Zeer vriendelijk en extreem behulpzame huiseigenaar, elk probleem werd onmiddellijk behandeld en opgelost. Zou ik dit huis nog eens huren : absoluut !
