bonne surprise

la villa est très spacieuse et confortable , manque des ustensiles de cuisine , trop peu de couvert , verre , casserole ,... , ce qui nous oblige à faire des demi lave vaisselle ! Les extérieurs méritent d'être mieux entretenu. Des coussins sur les lits de plage serait les bien venu nous avons passé un excellent séjour , villa calme et agréable .

Lo mejor el aire acondicionado. Hace falta un mantenimiento mejor, como porta toallas roto,peldaños en mal estado y falta de azulejos en peldaños de la piscina.

Innen Top, Aussen ok

Innen sehr schön und modern. Aussenbereich ok. Nicht sehr sauber (Gartenmöbel Sitzplatz schmutzig) Auch fehlte mir einen richtigen Esstisch im Aussenbereich. Schade dass es für die Plastikliegestühle keine Auflagen gab. Nur mit dem Badetuch sehr unbequem. Lage sehr gut. Ruhig und schnell im Zentrum. TV keine Deutschsprachigen Sender verfügbar. Internet sehr gut!

Falta de mantenimiento y detalles

Los exteriores estaban muy dejados a falta de mantenimiento y limpieza. No funcionaban los focos de la piscina y faltaba alguna bombilla. Las tumbonas estaban sucias. El interior es moderno, pero le faltan mesillas en varias habitaciones. No había pinzas para colgar la ropa, solo había una sartén y los calientaleches estaban sucios al igual que la tostadora. Tampoco hay dónde echar la ropa sucia y no dejaron bolsas para recoger las toallas y sábanas. En las ventanas había chorretones sucios.

Los muebles de exterior si que necesitan ser renovados. Y un poco de cuidado y limpieza de plantas y suelos

Ideal para pasar unos días en verano

Pasamos una semana en septiembre y estuvimos muy a gusto. La casa está reformada. Instalaciones correctas. Conexión a wifi perfecta. Piscina genial. Limpieza correcta. Con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Con barbacoa. Sólo remarcar que no hay ducha en el exterior pero se puede utilizar el pequeño baño que está en el interior y la puerta da a la piscina. Falta de cubiertos (no había ni cucharas ni cuchillos) y estanterías dentro de los armarios empotrados para colocar la ropa.

2 semaines à Bonavilla

Excellentes semaines passées dans cette maison Bonavilla. A l’arrivée, la maison était propre, rénovée récemment, sauf la literie. Elle est très bien située dans la ville de Calp, bien équipée (four, Clim…), piscine top et régulièrement entretenue par le piscinier. Beaucoup d’espace, à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur et le voisinage est super.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette maison l intérieur est refait à neuf. Manque juste un peu de vaisselle et mobilier de jardin à changer parasol table car vétuste mais tout le reste était parfait je recommande les yeux fermées
