Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Ràfol d'Almúnia, in the district Residencial L'Almúnia, 9 km from the sea, 9 km from the beach, south facing position. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 800 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 9 m, depth 80 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Angenehmer Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus konnte dieses Jahr in einem ansprechenden Zustand übernommen werden. Die kleinen Mängel wurden durch Interhome zeitnah und speditiv erledigt. Besten Dank dafür. Erwähnenswert ist im kleinen DZ die unsaubere fleckige Matratze die ersetzt werden dürfte. Wir werden jedenfalls wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus verbringen.

Réouvrir le bureau de Monte Pego !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa que nous connaissons bien puisque nous y passons nos vacances en Espagne depuis six ans mais retour en arrière regrettable puisque nous avons dû aller chercher les clés à Denia, comme par le passé, car le bureau Interhome sur place était fermé. C'est vraiment regrettable, la Direction devrait revoir cela. Un grand merci à l'équipe d'accueil et du ménage, la maison était impeccable. A l'année prochaine, j'ai déjà réservé !

Séjour à 2 dans cette villa moderne et très bien agencée.La piscine donne sur un paysage de nature exceptionnelle ! Calme absolu avec des voisins très discrets ( une des villas voisines était inoccupée pendant notre séjour ).Voiture nécessaire mais déplacements faciles. Parfait !

Schönes Ferienhaus, ABER....

Das Häuschen an sich ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat eine schöne, ruhige Lage (allerdings ohne Meerblick) und wäre direkt zu empfehlen. Aber: leider ist das Zimmer mit dem Einzelbett mit Schimmel befallen und war für uns daher nicht benutzbar. Der in einer anderen Bewertung angegebene Schimmel im Esszimmer wurde offensichtlich einfach überstrichen, ohne die Ursache zu beseitigen. Schade!

Magnifique maison de vacances avec tout le confort souhaité. La piscine est top (pas adaptée pour les tous petits enfants car vite profonde). Attention supermarché très éloigné donc nécessaire de bien s’organiser.

Trotz eines Monteur hatten wir im hinteren Badezimmer kein warmes Wasser!! Im Esszimmer ist in der oberen Ecke Schwarzschimmel vorhanden(für Allergiker hoch gefährlich)Photos lasse ich Ihnen noch zu kommen!!!Würden bestimmt das Haus nochmal buchen,aber von Interhome müsste da ein entgegenkommen sein! Schade das es nix an Bettwäsche gab.Der Garten könnte etwas mehr gepflegt werden!!

Aergerlicher Beginn

Garten wurde in einem desolaten resp. verwilderten Zustand angetroffen. Nach unserer Intervention wurden Gärtner beauftragt diesen so zu gestalten, dass er einigermassen der Beschreibung laut Interhome Webseite entspricht. Diverse Mängel im Haus konnten teilweise beseitigt werden. Wir möchten erwähnen, dass wir insgesamt 7 Wochen in der Villa Capi verbracht haben. Ein Dankeschön gilt Interhome Monte Pego die sich stets bemüht haben, dass wir trotzdem einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten.

Tolle Aussicht und sehr ruhig! Für Ruhe suchende perfekt, Ohne Auto nicht empfehlenswert. Zum Strand etwa 20 Minuten Fahrzeit. Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet! Liegenstühle müssten gelegentlich ersetzt werden.

Wir haben zum wiederholten Male schönen Urlaub in der Villa Capi verbracht, trotz Corona. Hervorzuheben ist die nette, hilfsbereite und zuverlässige Betreuung durch Interhome Monte Pego.

Le paradis sur terre

Comme tous les ans, malgré le contexte difficile, nous sommes venus passer une semaine de rêve à Pego dans la villa CAPI. Cette maison est décorée avec goût par les propriétaire et est très bien équipée. Seul point négatif : la connexion internet laisse à désirer même si le modem a été changé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis au bureau Interhome de Monte Pego et l'équipe d'entretien avait, sans aucun doute, fait le maximum pour nettoyer à fond et désinfecter la maison. A l'année prochaine.

Super Haus !

Wir waren zum 4.Mal in der Villa Capi und haben bereits wieder für 2020 gebucht. Dieses modern und funktionell eingerichtete Haus entspricht genau unseren Wünschen und Vorstellungen. Die Lage ist ideal für Leute die Ruhe lieben. Die Betreuung und Hilfeleistungen durch Interhome vor Ort ist vorbildlich.
