The residence, with a total of 15 units, is located one block from the sea, the beach promenade, and the fine-sand beach. The famous pier, as well as restaurants, shops, and other retail options, are in the immediate vicinity, in the center of Binz.



An elevator takes you to the modern, comfortably furnished apartment, which features an open-concept living area as well as an integrated dining area with a table and four chairs.
The furnished balcony offers a wonderful view of the spa park across the way.
The attractive kitchen area is also integrated into this open-concept living space.



In addition, there is a newly designed, modern bedroom and a cozy sleeping alcove.

The spacious shower room is accessible from both the hallway and the bedroom.



Also located on the first floor is a sauna area with a shower. Lounge chairs in the small wellness area invite you to relax.

The elevator takes you to this modern, comfortably furnished apartment on the 1st floor, which features an open-concept living area with a cozy couch and a comfortable wingback chair with a footstool, as well as an integrated dining area with a table and 4 chairs. Guests can enjoy modern amenities, including an internet-enabled flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a Blu-ray/DVD player (Panasonic), and a stereo system (Teufel).
The furnished balcony offers a wonderful view of the spa gardens across the way.



The attractive country-style kitchen area is also integrated into this open-concept living space, fostering a sociable atmosphere that’s especially popular among guests on vacation. The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped and features all appliances, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.



In the separate bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep. There is also a wardrobe, a valet stand, and a wall-mounted, internet-enabled TV. 



In the cozy sleeping alcove—which has no window but features a porthole in the door—a ceiling fan ensures pleasant air circulation. It features a modern box-spring bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) at a comfortable height, a small wardrobe, a wall-mounted TV, and two LED reading lamps for uninterrupted reading pleasure. An extra bed for the 3rd and/or 4th person costs 5.00 euros per night per person. (Note: The bed is accessible only from the foot of the bed.)

The spacious shower room is accessible from both the hallway and the bedroom.



A high chair and a travel crib are available upon request and for a one-time fee of 10 euros each for the entire stay in the apartment.



If you are arriving by car, we recommend reserving the designated parking space at the property for 9 euros per day.

One dog is a welcome guest upon prior notice. A fee of 10 euros per day will be charged for your dog. Your dog is warmly welcome, but we ask for your understanding that it is not permitted on the beds or on the furniture.
