The space
This beautifully furnished home has a king size bed, two full beds and a queen Murphy bed available to sleep up to 8. The driveway is expensive and can fit a large boat and several cars if needed. In addition there is a large backyard for pets or parties. This home is very cozy and easy to fall in love with.

I live a very blessed life, along side my beautiful wife and three amazing children. My two sons are Silas and Sandy, seven and four respectively. My daughter's name is Ayvah and she is six years old. I live here in Flour Bluff and I love living here in Corpus Christi. My life consists of serving Jesus Christ and serving others! I love hosting because it's a great way to make some money (honesty), but more importantly, it's a beautiful home that I can use to host preachers that come to our church, host family members, and give vacationers a great place to come during vacation.
Why they chose this property
So Flour Bluff is the heart of Corpus Christi. It used to be the ugly heart, because it was mostly known for shabby houses, drugs, and barefooted adventurers. The fact of the matter is... This peninsula of land is prime property as it's right off the coast and surrounded by the Luguna madre. Now, in 2026, Flour Bluff is the PLACE TO BE! We have walmart and HEB PLUS. We have the beach 15 minutes, away. We have some of the greatest flats fishing in the world. So Flour Bluff is a place I and my family are happy to live in!
What makes this property unique
So the Amber House is truly one of the first homes ever built in Flour Bluff. I bought this old home for $85,000 and it looked like it was worth less than that. It had no AC, very little plumbing, no city sewer, just overall needing alot of help! With this in mind, I bought the home, believing with hardwork and love, the home could be turn from dust to diamond! The house ended up turning out even more nice than I had hoped. It is a very cozy, beautiful home!
