Surrounded by million-dollar homes, this quaint 2-story, single-family hidden gem sits on over 1/2 private, wooded acre near hiking and ski trails in one of Anchorage's nicest, safest, most affluent, established neighborhoods.

From sunrise to sunset, you'll marvel at the expansive, spectacular views of the inlet, Sleeping Lady (and sometimes Denali), and city lights while enjoying your morning coffee or nightcap. Photos don't do it justice!

Walking distance to a popular hiking trailhead, less than 5 minutes to Hilltop Ski Resort, 10 minutes to Flattop Mountain, 10 minutes to Potter Marsh, 40 minutes to Girdwood/Alyeska Ski Resort, 1 hour to Portage Glacier, and 2 hours to Seward, it's an ideal base for your Alaskan adventure.

Upstairs is an open floor plan with a renovated kitchen to include GE Cafe appliances, new cabinetry, all new utensils/cookware/Keurig, etc.

Luxuriously furnished large living room features a new 75" smart TV, rosewood buffet, and burlwood end tables. A new pull-out sleeper sofa and ottoman sleeper bed comfortably accommodate two additional guests. Maple hardwood floors. Custom blinds throughout the house; black-out blinds in the master bedroom.

The master bedroom (king bed and a 55" Samsung The Frame smart TV), huge walk-in closet, washer/dryer, and full bathroom are downstairs. There is another entrance that opens to a large backyard. Outdoor area features a fire pit with views as well as a seasonal greenhouse.

Enjoy the convenience of amenities like high-speed internet and a washer/dryer (or simply step outside the door into nature and unplug from it all). Seemingly a world away yet close to everything. We hope you enjoy your home away from home!
