Fully furnished with brand new, high end furniture, this spacious home is designed for relaxing and convenience. enjoy modern amenities, stylish decor, and PRIME LOCATION, close to some of the best that St Louis has to offer. Entertainment, Sporting events and dining are just around the corner from this family friendly retreat!
This home has 2 king bedrooms.
2 queen bedrooms, a bunk bedroom with a queen, full, and a twin sleeping area. Every room has been decorated uniquely and thoughtful to bring you a peaceful stay. We feature a GLAM room for pampering and powdering. Each room has plush mattresses and soft, exquisite linens and bed coverings made from premium fabric insuring you a rejuvenating and restful nights sleep. There are 3 full baths, with towel warmers. Enjoy plush hotel quality towels for some extra pampering. Everything in mind to elevate your stay.
We have a first floor queen bedroom, and a first floor full bathroom for added convenience.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for preparing for that family get together. The large dining room table is the perfect spot to gather and create lasting memories. Movie night with friends and family is no problem in the SPACIOUS living room.
The LOU on Lawn also offers a great outdoor space for morning coffee, BBQ grilling or use the outdoor fire pit and our s’mores station, for that evening entertainment. We provide 2 Pack n’Plays for the littles, as well as baby gates, and a highchair. If remote work is your thing there is a small space as well-for those days. And if laundry is your thing?( there is a full laundry room upstairs). A 2 car garage for parking in, as well as free street parking. So If you’re planning a trip to STL or LOU as locals call it, then In the LOU on Lawn would love to have YOU!

Towels - please put all used towels & washcloths in tubs or Showers. Ensure the inside fireplace is OFF. Outdoor fire pit is extinguished. The propane is OFF. Return TV remotes to TVs. Lock doors.
