The house was clean and very welcoming and the kitchen was well stocked - even had healthyish snacks which our 12 year old found delightful. The host, Kate was very responsive. Having off street parking was wonderfully convenient. I wish there was a shower in the master bathroom and a washer dryer would be a great plus as we stayed for 7 days. The view from the deck was truly lovely.

We had a five-adult family reunion at this Queen Anne location. It was perfect for meeting our other relatives who lived in the Magnolia section of Seattle and our business at the University of Washington. Kate, our host, was prompt in communications before, during and after our visit. The home was clean, parking was easy -- even for up to four cars when our relatives were visiting. I've stayed at seven different vacation home rentals, and I would put this one in the top two. The views were great when dining on the back deck. Thank you Kate.

The only unfortunate thing was our flight into Seattle was extremely delayed. We would have liked to spend more time at the house. It was perfect for our stay before boarding a cruise the next day. One of us actually walked to the Port. Nice location, walkable community
