The bright, modern open-concept living/bedroom area features a cozy sofa set. The dining area is located by the window. There is also a flat-screen TV with a soundbar, a DVD player, and a stereo system.

The sleeping area, featuring a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), is located at the back of the apartment. Please bring a large sheet for this bed—the children’s room is equipped with a double sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m)—please bring a large sheet for this as well.

Kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave. The refrigerator includes a freezer compartment.

Shower room/toilet; hair dryer provided. Non-smoking apartment.

One dog is allowed. (Surcharge of 5.00 euros per night). A washing machine and dryer are available in the building.

A high chair is available. FREE Wi-Fi!!

The well-maintained “Dünenhof” apartment building is located on the unique Steinwarder peninsula in Heiligenhafen and offers 56 individually furnished vacation apartments ranging from 33 to 54 square meters in living space, accommodating 2 to 5 people.
From the balconies and terraces, as well as the sunbathing lawn at the back, guests of this property can enjoy a magnificent view—either of the inland lake that defines the town or our wonderful Baltic Sea.
The property offers direct access to the inland lake, even with your water sports equipment—hop on your board and off you go!

The main swimming beach, supervised by the DLRG, is located 150 meters away, almost right outside the door. After a short walk (1,000 meters), you’ll reach the Baltic Sea vacation park with attractive recreational options such as dune golf, the Aktiv Hus Spa, and children’s playgrounds. A soccer field, skate park, kite-flying field, and beach volleyball courts in the immediate vicinity offer further opportunities to spend your vacation actively.

You can park your bicycles and sports equipment in the designated areas on the property.
Are you traveling by car? Park your car conveniently in the apartment’s private parking space on the property.

You can reach the appropriate floor (one of four) by elevator or via the staircase. On the first floor, public restrooms and a shared laundry room (use of the washer and dryer for a fee) are available. You can conveniently dispose of general waste on each floor via the trash chutes.
