This inviting bilevel home is located just minutes from Old Town Fort Collins and the CSU campus, giving you quick access to local breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, and everything that makes Fort Collins special. Whether you're in town for a game, a weekend getaway, or a longer stay, you’ll love the convenience of this central location. Keep in mind this home does require stairs AND is on a busy road, Mulberry.

Designed with comfort and fun in mind, the home offers great spaces to relax and gather. Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, or spend your evenings around the fire pit under the Colorado sky. Inside, challenge friends and family to a game on the foosball table or kick back in the cozy living areas.

The home is also dog friendly, so your pup can join in on the adventure (dogs must be added to the guest list). With a comfortable layout, inviting amenities, and a prime location near Old Town and CSU, this home is set up to make your stay easy, fun, and memorable.
