The living area combines the living and the dining room with the kitchen, creating a contemporary open concept design space.

Anything in the apt is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!

This is an apartment complex with other residents living there. Please be respectful to everyone and if any guest is found to be disrespectful to other residents their reservation will be terminated and no refund will be given.

You can access the apartment any time after 4pm by using the smart lock on the door. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.

Heath, the safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name.

Checkout is at 10 am. Looking for more time? IF available the late checkout fee is $25/hour.
Early check-in IF available is also $25 per hour needed.

Any unauthorized late checkout will incur a late checkout fee of $100 for the first hour and $100 for each hour thereafter.

Due to the pool and the gym being community amenities and not under our control, we are not responsible if the pool or gym is not accessible for ANY reason. No refunds or credit will be issued for this reason.

Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything. We also have a doorbell camera outside.
