A high-class vacation apartment, top modern and high quality equipped, in an absolutely quiet best location of Partenkirchen - here you are guaranteed to get into vacation magic! In a few minutes walk you can reach the historic "Ludwigstraße" with its famous "Lüftlmalerei" as well as numerous restaurants and many small, special stores.

The 105 qm apartment is located on the first floor of a new building from 2015 and offers space for up to 6 people. Surrounded by a garden for your sole use, you will find your perfect vacation destination for relaxing days in the Werdenfelser Land.

The large, light-flooded living and dining area provides a homey atmosphere from the first moment of your vacation. The cozy wood-look floor with underfloor heating, the large floor-to-ceiling windows and the high-quality furnishings guarantee pure relaxation.

The apartment has been newly equipped with a comfortable leather sofa and two armchairs with adjustable backrests, so that the entire family has enough space to relax after an exciting day of vacation. Of course, the living area also has a TV. You will surely enjoy spending cozy evenings at the spacious dining table with bench and chairs. On cold autumn and winter days, the Swedish stove provides cozy warmth and the right alpine flair. Here it can be endured!

Hobby cooks get their money's worth in this apartment: A high-quality brand kitchen with all the necessary kitchen appliances invites you to cook for the whole family. Of course, this is also equipped with all the important cooking utensils. Whether a small breakfast or a menu with several courses - everything can be done here without any problems and with a lot of pleasure!

Directly from the living area there is access to the terrace. Equipped with ratan furniture you can spend wonderful days here relaxed and quiet. The garden may be used very gladly, but please note that it is not completely fenced.

Our apartment "Alpenzauber" has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed measuring 180x210. Of course, it has a large closet, so that your vacation closet can be stored perfectly. Likewise, there are two more sleeping options in a spacious bedroom with wardrobe: here is a box spring bed with 160x210 available. Restful nights are also pre-programmed for the children: Two beds with dimensions 80x200 invite in the third bedroom for a family vacation. In two bedrooms there are TV sets - so you can perfectly retreat on gloomy days and relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Two bathrooms ensure that there will be no waiting for the morning toilet. Both are equipped with toilets, sinks and showers, one of them even with a shower tray.
