Welcome to a tranquil, spacious & scenic getaway on a quiet road, in Upper Kings Beach. We are proud to offer a home with plenty of space for a relaxing Tahoe getaway. This newly remodeled home has the accessibility you are looking for nearby the fun and festivities of Kings Beach. We are walking distance to the lake, and a quick commute to ski resorts like Northstar at Tahoe or Palisades. Behind our house is a backyard that can lead to the Kings Beach trail system. Our home is ideal for your group offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeping up to 9 people. Our four inviting bedrooms, include a queen bed, king bed, bunk beds, and two twin beds. Guests will find two bathrooms with refreshing showers and one bathtub, and one half bath near the kitchen. We have a great mattress and comfortable pillows in our four bedrooms. The 1st floor has a queen sized bed, 2nd floor has a bedroom with twin beds, a bunk bed room with a queen bottom bunk and twin top bunk and a master bedroom with a king sized bed. We are proud to offer a home with new finishes and continual updates. As of March 2026 we feature new flooring, furniture, washer, dryer, and shower fixtures. A highlighted feature of our home is having plenty of space outdoors with a great front yard, backyard, and porch. Throughout our home we strive to create a comfortable welcoming retreat. Whether you’re gathering indoors, or exploring nearby, this Tahoe modern home provides exactly what you're looking for. We are walking distance to the lake and nearby Northstar at Tahoe for your winter thrills. Enjoy your time in Kings Beach at our charming house. Please inquire about any questions you have.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Use bear box in front of house to remove trash.
Place towels and bed sheets in laundry room.
Load up dishwasher with plates, silverware and cooking utensils.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No events or parties at the house. No loud music after 9 pm please refer to STR permit sheet inside our home.

Hello, My name is Jeremy Landy and i went to college in Tahoe at Sierra Nevada College in Incline village. As an avid hiker and frequent snowboarder Tahoe captivated me. I am lucky enough to have hiked the Tahoe Rim Trail, Appalachian Trail, Wonderland Trail and segments of the PCT. I was looking for a home to live in and enjoy in Tahoe for a number of years and i finally stumbled upon this home in upper Kings Beach. I purchased the home in 2018 and lived in the house untill 2021 when i met my wife in New Jersey and moved back home to Vermont. My wife and I love to visit Tahoe and are so excited to continual remodel this residence for when we visit creating a great space for everyone to enjoy in Tahoe.

This is a huge lot for a tahoe home. We also have an in law unit downstairs with separate driveways. All the improvements to come is what makes this place special and we look forward to turf fields in front yard.
