Excellent mid-town location! - this one bedroom/one bathroom condo has a spacious balcony and all new flooring! It is located on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building with breath-taking beach and ocean views. It is located just steps from the beach!

Fresh linens and towels are included, and all beds come made for your arrival.

The unit sleeps 5 people and includes 1 assigned parking space. Additional parking can be found on the street.
