To ensure a top-quality experience for all our guests, please follow these house rules:
NO parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
NO excessive noise/disturbance from outside/patio gatherings between 10PM-7AM.
NO pets. Please inform us if you have a service animal.
Adult supervision of children on the property at ALL times indoor & outdoor.
NO shoes inside the property.
NO smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
Garage is to remain closed at all times.
NO pre-checked bag storage.
NO mail or packages delivered to property. Please send to nearby pick-up location.
NO Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match)

Property Disclosure:
Our security system includes three exterior cameras that monitor the front door, backyard, and garage area. These cameras are on 24/7 and are placed outside for security purposes only. They never face inside the house to protect your privacy, and there are no cameras inside the home.
We use a Minute noise & smoke detecting monitor inside the home. It monitors the decibels noise level. At no point in time does it record any audio or video monitoring.
We prioritize our guests' safety and comfort but cannot be responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages during their stay. By booking, guests accept responsibility for their safety and release us from liability for any incidents.
