Really nice property and met our needs for the weekend. We did end up having to open up the windows as it was a warm weekend and there was no air conditioning. The park was an easy 10 minute walk, and across the highway is a pretty well stocked store that also met our needs. We did end up leaving a charger in a room and was able to have it sent back, communication was excellent. All in all we would use again if the chance arose again.

We're so glad to hear that our property met your needs for the weekend, Laura. It sounds like you made the most of the warm weather by opening the windows, and we're happy to know you enjoyed the convenient walk to the park and the nearby store. We're also thrilled that our team was able to assist you with the charger—communication is key for us, and it's great to hear it made a difference in your stay. We would love the opportunity to host you again in the future, so keep us in mind for your next trip to South Lake Tahoe!

Let me start by telling you, that the check-in was a nightmare. First of all the house, Have no Number in the front so there was no way to identify if I wasn’t the correct house. They use a 12 digit code which is terrible because every time you type those numbers if you take more than one second to type the other everything is start over so he take me almost 10 minutes to figure it out. How to type the numbers really quick and make the Door unlock and obviously it was the same story. Every time I need to go places because I need to lock the door. Again and when I came back the same story, it was terrible. The lock needs to be changed to a short access code.Guys, see you guys are renting this house. Let me tell you one thing. Please bring everything. Don’t expect this place Gonna Have Something For You. They have a coffee maker but they’re not even have a filters. Not even a cup of coffee. You can make if you go to any cheap hotel. All of them offer at least a cup of coffee. Not this house. They don’t have anything. They don’t have a toaster. They don’t have any spicies Nothing. If you’re coming to this house, please bring your own stuff. Like if you go to camping because it doesn’t feel like you’re going to the house. Also, they have a grill barbecue grill that it’s all broken in the back. The house is dirty the carpet. It’s so messy. Bring shoes to be Inside the house because he feels nasty to be touching the carpet. The houses smells Old carpet. Definitely not recommend

Thank you, Cecilia, for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us understand where we can improve. We’re truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during check-in and the issues with the lock. That shouldn’t have happened, and we understand how frustrating it can be to deal with a complicated entry system. We’ll definitely look into simplifying that process for future guests. We also regret that the home didn’t meet your expectations in terms of amenities and cleanliness. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment, and it sounds like we fell short in several areas during your stay. We take your comments seriously and will address the cleanliness and missing items to ensure our guests have everything they need for a pleasant experience. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future, as we’re committed to making improvements and providing a better stay for our guests.
