Spent 5 nights here and overall really liked it. Would be great if they could have some basic spices and updated cookware but overall would choose it again.

Nathan, thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. I am very sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced during your stay with us. We have forwarded your message to our local property manager for them to review and provide a resolution of what needs to be resolved. I hope this experience won't impede your desire to stay with us again. We will make sure to consider this as a way to improve. We look forward to hosting you for a great stay in the future.
The house is cozy, comfortable, and inviting. The living room makes the most of a great view. A couple of little things need attention - a wobbly mattress in the second bedroom, a missing clicker for the garage door, and no large towels for the hot tub. Be prepared to clear the driveway of ice and snow on your own. While the snow was great for skiing, we removed the snow ourselves, which we did not expect. The management staff should have responded to us about this issue.
We generally liked the house very much!

Thank you for your feedback, AT. We are glad the home worked well for you. We have passed your review to our local manager to check the mattress in the second bedroom and the missing clicker for the garage door. We will discuss with the owner about hiring a snow removal company. Our team does its best to clear driveways and home entrances as they can but this home in particular gets a lot of snow on the driveway that takes a long time to shovel. We hope we can host you again for a 5-star stay!
Nice town house with great location, but unresponsive Managemet
Great location and set up for our ski vacation. Turned out later that the fire place stopped working, that there was only enough hot water for 3 short showers (we were 5) and hot tub temperatures were fluctuating from 75 to 104F randomly. Reached out to Vacasa management 4 times over 4 days, was assured someone would come to look into issues, but nothing happend. When you pay an extraordinary high price for a vacation rental I expect a very different service level.

Heaven on Earth
The Ski House on Lowell provided my girlfriend and I the perfect escape from the ordinary. We took advantage of a moment of time to travel to Park City for peak fall colors and found ourselves nestled in the most idyllic mountain setting imaginable. The Ski House on Lowell is the type of home you dream of when planning a trip to the mountains. While it can comfortably host a large family or group of friends, it is also quaint enough to provide a romantic setting for two. We arrived in late afternoon of an early October day with enough time to witness sunset on the golden slopes directly above the home. Aspen and Oak glowed with the stunning colors of fall in the Wasatch. On entering the home, you descend into a welcoming great room with a charmingly appointed kitchen that blends into a central dining area and large family room with a stone fireplace and a window looking directly down to the old town of Park City. On the lower level you will find a spacious main bedroom that opens directly onto a delightful porch that we enjoyed for both morning coffee and evening drinks. The location provides easy walking access to the restaurants of Old Town, the beautiful hiking and biking trails wandering above Park City, and the famous ski slopes of Park City Mountain Resort. If the opportunity presents itself, I could not recommend this beautiful mountain home enough!

Perfect location, great space.
This is the second time we’ve rented this same house and we will definitely be back again, love this place! In a world full of condos and noisy shared walls we prefer to have our own home, asking the kids to “walk lightly” or “stay quiet in the hallways” in a condo for an entire vacation is exhausting, and no one else in those condo buildings bothers to stay quiet….so we only stay in homes now.
This home is a stand alone home nearly centered between the resort base and park city Main Street. The free bus station is just down the street if walking isn’t your thing. Park city is very walkable, but a little hilly. The city provides stairs to make shortcuts all over the place.
We are a family of 4, (kids 9 and 11) and we’ve stayed here in the fall and the winter both. Proximity to the free bus route, walking to Main Street or accessing the hundreds of miles of park city hike/bike trails and ski runs makes this the perfect choice for us. Soaking in the hot tub (1 step away from the warm kitchen) is a great way to end our day. When you’re done in the hot tub there’s a bathroom with shower just inside as well. The gas BBQ is right outside the kitchen and covered to keep you out of the snow.
They have everything we needed/wanted, the kitchen is well stocked, the appliances nice, good dishes. The TV has a ton of choices (Netflix, cable, etc) and the Wifi was fast when I had to log into work remotely.
The layout of the bedrooms is one of the best rentals we’ve been in. All the bedrooms are on the lowest level, super quiet and the beds are perfectly comfortable. It’s a 3 bedroom but we only used the main bedroom (king bed) and the bedroom with 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed. The bedroom level has the bathroom in the main bedroom and the second bathroom is back by the other 2 bedrooms. Really nice setup, it’s a big part of why we booked a second time.
The 3rd bathroom is up a level by the kitchen and laundry. (Right by the hot tub door)
Overall we’ve enjoyed this place a ton and will be back. We rent vacation rentals all over the world and we love it when we find one we can return to and feel right at home.

Reviewer Comments:
Overall, it was OK. Clean and had everything we needed, but would not say it's "Slopeside Luxury". Would stay here again, but not at the same rate.Property management company responded quickly to try to fix the fireplace and to replace a non-functioning coffee pot. 5 stars for them.

The house was well situated, well-equipped and very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishwater. And most importantly the hot tub was hot and ready upon arrival. Convenient parking and perfection location within walking distance to the base area.
