The Space:

The sun, sand, and surf are practically at your doorstep when you call this Hilton Head Seascape Villa your home away from home! Spend your days swimming in the condo's shared pool, followed by cookouts prepared over the private gas grill. Al fresco meals can be enjoyed on the spacious deck, complete with an umbrella for extra sun protection.



Inside, you'll feel right at home amidst the living room's soft seating and large Smart TV. The condo's well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, whereas the wooden dining table is perfect for family-style meals, as well as, board game nights.



Before you settle down for the day, be sure to visit Coligny Beach Park, Harbour Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town Lighthouse, and the Coastal Discovery Museum. Before bed each evening, tune the central air-conditioning to your liking and crawl under the soft linens, available in each of the rooms.

Feet in the sand

Our family enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were clean and had plenty of space. The only issue we had were the spindles on the stairs. They are wide enough apart that our two-year-old could have easily slipped through them. We didn't realize that there was a total of 5 flights of stairs in the condo.

Stroll to Quiet Beach - Poor Cleaning

Can't fault the location, right across a main road to a quiet beach (so away from main beach traffic). Property had most of the things we needed. However the cleaning was very poor - There was a Welcome pack for the previous renter and received no welcome pack myself. The property was obviously NOT cleaned properly at all. In addition the BBQ was filthy, the ice maker didn't work (but they did leave a bag of ice).

Wonderful place and location.

We were glad to be able to stay in this property with our family. It was just the right space for us. We were able to use the kitchen for our Christmas meal and the kitchen is stocked well for a rental property. The condo is also well updated. There are several board games and puzzles available in the condo. There is also a patio outside of the first floor and a balcony outside of the master suite which is nice and relaxing. The location is very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Be aware that there are three floors of living space and you will need to bring some extra garbage bags and toilet paper just in case you use up what is provided. I hope we have the opportunity to enjoy this property again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay!

We’ve stayed in this complex several times as the location is great and affordable considering the space of the units and the amenities available. First time in this particular unit and first time in a 3BR unit here. There was plenty of space for our crew of 6, including 4 teens, to comfortably spread out. The unit is furnished well and the dining table was great for dinners and game nights. We appreciated the beach wagon in the closet as the one we brought broke on the first day. It’s a short walk to the beach with access to private bathrooms. Close to Coligny and our kids love riding bikes around town, getting coffee, ice cream, shopping, etc. Enjoyed the 2 pools onsite. Things to note: the dishwasher is terrible, full of rust, and we ended up handwashing dishes all week. The food containers provided didn’t have matching lids, just an inconvenience. The master bed was super hard and we had a difficult time sleeping.
