Walk right in & start your vacation in this calm, brand new and cozy 2 bedroom condo, that's only 1 block to the beach & perfectly located to so many walkable spots including casa marina, sago coffee, local breakfast places and more, but still remaining quiet & peaceful. Beautifully renovated with a huge bathroom with porcelain tile walk-in shower and quartz vanity, stainless steel appliances, quartz kitchen countertops, 5-star beds, and equipped with everything you need for a perfect getaway.



The Space:

Beach Access visible from your front door & patio. Outdoor shower with hot water available for use during your stay!



The kitchen, living room & bedrooms are all on the 1st level.



Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking essentials.



Dining area has seating for 4. Living room has a Roku smart TV.



The 2 bedrooms each have a king memory foam mattresses that are incredibly comfortable, luxury linens and towels, sound machines, and both bedrooms have their own smart TV.



The bathroom is very large, with luxury tile walk-in shower and a quartz vanity.



This condo also a washer/dryer in the building.

Abby was very helpful since we had not been to Jacksonville Beach before! A well-appointed unit with very comfortable beds and everything you would need in the kitchen/living area. The only issue was no designated parking though we were able to park on the street close by.

The condo was super clean, easy to reach, and truly a block from the beach. The king-size beds in both bedrooms were wonderful and very comfortable, plus having a TV in every room helped for when there were differing opinions on what to watch. Coffee was abundant and the K-cup maker was quick and easy. Bathroom was good-sized and the full-size washer and dryer helped with sandy towels and wet bathing suits! Beach chairs were handy (and could be carried like a backpack!). The kitchen had everything one might need and was spic and span, with abundant dishwasher detergent, plus laundry detergent! Any questions I had with the host were answered within minutes and the checkout was easier than any others I have stayed in - usually we have to strip beds, scrub floors, and basically do more cleaning than we do at home in less than a couple of hours - this was so simple - run the dishwasher and take out the trash!!!! (Although we did try to leave the place clean!!!) We certainly highly recommend this property for a wonderful stay at Jax Beach!
