Walk right in & start your vacation in this calm, brand new and cozy 2 bedroom condo, that's only 1 block to the beach & perfectly located to so many walkable spots including casa marina, sago coffee, local breakfast places and more, but still remaining quiet & peaceful. Beautifully renovated with a huge bathroom with porcelain tile walk-in shower and quartz vanity, stainless steel appliances, quartz kitchen countertops, 5-star beds, and equipped with everything you need for a perfect getaway.



The Space:

Beach Access visible from your front door & patio. Outdoor shower with hot water available for use during your stay!



The kitchen, living room & bedrooms are all on the 1st level.



Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking essentials.



Dining area has seating for 4. Living room has a Roku smart TV.



The 2 bedrooms each have a king memory foam mattresses that are incredibly comfortable, luxury linens and towels, sound machines, and both bedrooms have their own smart TV.



The bathroom is very large, with luxury tile walk-in shower and a quartz vanity.



This condo also a washer/dryer in the building.
