Die Lage war top, auch wenn es beim 1. Mal nicht ganz einfach zu finden war (Parkplatz-Zufahrt).Im Allgemeinen war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ließ jedoch an einigen Stellen zu wünschen übrig (Spinnweben, Badschrank, Küchenschrank unsauber). Als wir ankamen war noch Schmutzwasser im Badwaschbecken und der WC-Sitz war total locker, so dass ein neuer installiert worden musste. Was uns noch aufgefallen ist, dass man schon an der Wohnungstür einen unangenehmen, säuerlichen Geruch bemerkt hat, der sich bis über die ganze Wohnung ziehte. Riechte wie Katzenurin o.ä. Auch der aufgestellte Raumduft brachte keinen Erfolg.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung. Die Schlafcouch lässt sich mit einem Handgriff zu einem Bett mit einer vollwertigen Matratze umbauen. Im Fahrradkeller konnten wir unsere Fahrräder unterbringen. Hier stehen leider viele sehr alte Fahrräder, die wir erstmal zusammengestellt haben. Zum Strand sind es wirklich 200m. Direkt an der Promenade und Spielplatz kommt man dann raus.
