Katharina House - 2-room apartment

Our house offers a spacious apartment (approx. 70 m²) for 2–4 people. It is situated in a sunny location on the southwest side and offers an impressive view of the Hohe Munde and the Wetterstein Mountains. Its proximity to the town centre and the Rosshütte valley station, as well as easy access to the shuttle bus—just a one-minute walk away—make it an ideal starting point.

Perched on an idyllic sunny plateau at an elevation of 1,200 metres, Seefeld combines alpine lifestyle with urban flair. Here, at the heart of the Seefeld region, life thrives amid imposing Alpine peaks and lush natural surroundings. The historic pedestrian zone invites you to stroll among numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars, and its own casino, while just a short distance away, the famous Seekirchl glistens in the evening sun and the picturesque Wildsee enchants with its natural beauty. You’re just a step away from nature, where you can enjoy extensive cross-country ski trails and hiking paths, or immerse yourself in the charming town centre with its markets, traditions, and events. A 2-room apartment, bright and cheerfully furnished. Spacious living room with a pull-out sofa set, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out couch, bathroom with shower and toilet, spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle; cosy dining area with an adjoining furnished terrace and garden; storage room; free Wi-Fi; safe; free access to the wellness area at Hotel Central. Parking space and private entrance.



On-site costs: Included: Bedding, towels, heating, electricity, water, free access to the wellness area at Hotel Central (approx. 5 min. away) featuring a sauna, sensory showers, Kneipp circuit, steam room, fitness area, relaxation area, and a children’s room. Not included: Hot tub, tanning bed, massages, half-board at Hotel Central. There is a daily fee of €10 per dog.



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 10:00 AM.
