You'll be within walking distance of the Monarch Glen, One-Eyed Jack's playground, the tidepools of Shell Beach, and the Del Mar Recreation Center - one of the three Sea Ranch rec centers with an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and saunas for which you'll have passes. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa is the nearest airport, about 1.5 hours east. A car is essential for exploring the area.



Other Things to Note:

This property is located on a bluff and is not suitable for small children due to the unfenced areas.



Keep your eyes on the horizon from December to April -- gray whales migrate just offshore, and this property has a front-row seat. Visit in spring for wildflower season -- the hills above Gualala and the river trails burst with lupine and California poppies. June through September brings the warmest weather. Morning fog is part of the charm -- it usually clears to reveal blue skies.
