This is an 1820 Federal-style farmhouse, historically known as The Reading House when it operated as a bed and breakfast in the 1990s through early 2000s. Every floor, wall, and surface has been fully refinished, repainted, and renovated within the past two years. The property sits on land that includes the town`s namesake rock stream, two ponds, and a partial view of Seneca Lake. A large fenced yard makes it ideal for children and dogs.

The Seneca Lake Farmhouse was very clean and had plenty of room. There seemed to be everything we might need. We didn't do any cooking, so I don't know about the cooking implements or pans. The location was great for visiting the area and wineries.
