NEW TOWNHOUSE TROPIC PARADISE WITH POOL

The house Tropic Paradise 1 is completely new, fully equipped and beautifully furnished so you can enjoy your vacation relaxed and carefree. It shares the pool with the house Tropic Paradise 2. Each house has its own terrace and garden with pool deck. The cottage consists of two bedrooms with air conditioning, fan, safe. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet and its own balcony. The open plan kitchen/living room has sliding doors that slide completely to the side, so you can see directly onto the pool and tropical garden while cooking or eating. The new and modern equipped kitchen has an oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker filter and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc...... In the living room is a TV where you can watch NETFLIX. You can relax by the pool with a book as well as enjoy a drink in the evening in the lighted swimming pool. There is an outdoor shower and a private barbecue is available. Enjoy the tropical flair.

We have this townhouse a second time so if you want to come with more people.

On all of the beautiful beaches of Curacao you can watch the sunsets. You have your own barbecue at your disposal. They should lack nothing. Simply a dreamlike place which invites you to relax.

To be able to enjoy your vacation on Curacao, we recommend to rent a car to explore our beautiful island and to visit the different beaches and excursion destinations. We have various rental cars that you can rent from us. You will be picked up free of charge from the airport and brought back at the end of your vacation.

Villa Unique is located in a quiet residential area just 7 minutes from Jan Thiel beach. The outstanding villa is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a pool with seating area. The tropical pool area is equipped with numerous modern sun loungers. You can watch hummingbirds, parrots and iguanas from its terrace.

Rene was very helpful. Everything in good working order. Location address was just a bit tricky due to multi Kaya Beethoven streets intersecting each other. Felt perfectly safe. Pool was cool but refreshing. Mambo, Jan Thiel and Kokomo beaches just short rides away.

Lovely and clean townhouse with shared pool! Check in was smooth, kitchen was great with new appliances. Wifi was great and the location was private, safe, and convenient to all major areas on the southern half of Curacao. The air conditioners worked great. Plenty of space for our family. Our stay in Curaçao

We were very pleased with the location. The owners, Rene and Jennifer, live next door and are very nice and super attentive to any of our needs. The pool was so enjoyable. The pictures are a true representation of the place. We stayed for three weeks and really enjoyed ourselves.

Property is very well kept. Almost as described in photos. Showers aren’t hot but do the job. Pool is not heated and quite chilly to swim in even in the morning or afternoon. Just doesn’t get enough sun. Bbq is great but not gas so must purchase coal and fluid. Also no bbq cleaning utensils. No paper towels provided and one toll TP per bathroom. This property is also a long drive from the cruise port/downtown & all the west end island beaches. Plan on 1.5 hours even when gps says 35 min. Traffic is a beast.

Thank you for your review. The showers all have hot water, but you have to turn on the button, we told this at the check-in. In the Caribbean, of course, you don't heat a pool because it's very hot and you want to cool off. The accommodation has a great charcoal grill. Of course, you have to buy your own charcoal, as you are renting a house and are self-catering. Toilet paper is provided in every restroom upon check-in; after that, you have to buy it yourself. The accommodation is located in a good residential area and is about 15 minutes from Willemstad, where the cruise port is also located. The drive to the westpoint takes about 40 minutes, but it depends on traffic.

Fantastic VRBO Rental

We chose Curacao as a vacation destination - using VRBO we found this property. Dealing with the owners was easy and very responsive. The home was exactly what you see on VRBO - pool was beautiful and clean - the house was clean and perfect for us. We spent much of our days checking out all the fantastic beaches - the pool was awesome to enjoy our morning cofee and a late day cocktail. We did spend a couple of full days at the house as it was a beautiful setting. Thank you Rene & Jennifer for your amazing hospitality. Cheers!

Wonderful Family Retreat

My family of four (two adults and two boys) stayed here for a week. We loved having the whole house as a retreat from the busy beaches of Curaçao. The most surprising part was how deep the pool was! It was perfect for the kids to be able to jump in but my husband was still able to touch. The pool was definitely the highlight!It’s a quick drive to Jan Thiel area as well to a main road area with lots of dining options and groceries. A little further away from Willemstad, but worth the drive as the property is very private. Lots of lush greens that made it feel like our own private oasis!Sandy, the property manager was great to respond to all of our questions and needs before and during our stay. Overall, a great property and would highly recommend.

Perfect location

Jennifer, the owner, is prompt to answer your questions and very accommodating to find solutions to your needs; even though she was not on the island at the time of our visit. Sandy, the manager, was there on time to do our check-in and also, very responsive to our small request. The place is as the pictures show. Simply furnished, clean, with everything you need for one week or more, holiday in the beautiful Carribean. The location is perfect if you want to be close to great beaches like Jan Thiel Beach. It is a residential area, very safe and quiet. A short 15 min or so, to the historic area of Willimstad, lots of bars and restaurants. The townhouse/semi-detached shares a small pool. We were out all day, so we only took advantage of the pool late afternoon which was nice and refreshing. I would recommend this place without any hesitation. Einfach wundervoll !!!

Wir verbrachten einen wundervollen Urlaub auf Curacao. Das Haus war einfach perfekt für uns - das morgendliche Schwimmen im Pool werden wir sehr vermissen. Es entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war top!Der Eigentümer, Renè, war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend - toller Mensch!

THE PLACE TO BE!

Dieses Doppelhaus ist einfach wunderschön. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht auch eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Wir haben morgens die Schiebetüren geöffnet und somit war die Küche und der Wohnbereich offen. Beim Kochen habe ich zum Pool geblickt. Herrlich. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine separate Toilette. Man hat einen eigenen Garten mit eigenem Pooldeck. Der Pool ist sehr groß und war immer sauber. Die Sonnenliegen sind bequem. Mein Mann hat oft auf der Bank im Pool gesessen und ein Bier getrunken. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit eigenem Balkon. In dem Boxspringbett haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Auf der Couch haben wir Abends Netflix geschaut. Die Betreuung der Managerin ist gut. Nicht aufdringlich aber immer da wenn man Fragen hat. Perfekt. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir konnten uns entspannen. Wir kommen wieder!
