Vue panoramique excellente superbe terra

Vue et terrasse superbe. Volume des chambres top. Dommage que le wc soit dans la salle de bain et que le mobilier est vétuste (table salle à manger et table et chaises de la terrasse). L’appartement n’est pas climatisé entièrement seulement 1 chambre. Manque un peu de vaisselle. Douche à rénover.

Appartement bien situé, commerces & plage à proximité. Vue mer , Bonne entretien des parties communes . Les moins : l'appartement mérite un coup de rafraichissement - bon coup de peinture, la literie est à changer, le sol de la douche est à refaire et un gros nettoyage est à faire

Séjour à La Grande Motte

Appartement avec une vue magnifique sur les étangs, bassins salins et la mer. Très fonctionnel avec un bémol pour le nettoyage des sanitaires, de la terrasse et des vitres. L'appartement est proche de la plage et des petits commerces.

En dépit d une localisation agréable et d une équipe immobilière au top , l appartement très cher à la location ne donne pas entière satisfaction au niveau du confort.Une literie lamentable, un manque flagrant d ustensiles de cuisine et de ménage, une climatisation limitée à une pièce , un salon de jardin inconfortable. Le rapport prix / produit n est donc pas adapté.

Prestation pas à la hauteur du prix

La location offre un bel espace de salon et de terrasse. En dehors de cela le reste est très moyen.Nous avons trouvé la vaisselle sale dans le placard, les miettes sur la table, le café moisi d'un résident précédent, ses croûtes de fromage dans le tiroir... La salle de bains est en mauvais état, les stores américains partiellement manquants, très peu de plats par exemple pour mettre au four, pas d'espace pour faire la vaisselle. La porte du garage est cassée. Bref, pas à la hauteur du prix.

Leicht, in die Jahre gekommenes Appartement. Durcheinandergewürfelte Küchenutensilien, teilweise schmutzig ( klebten noch Essensreste daran), leider Sonntags keine persönliche Übergabe, dann hätte man direkt verschiedene Dinge ansprechen können. Bett in einem Schlafzimmer quietscht. Möbel im Außenbereich aufgrund der sehr dünnen Polster nicht bequem. Heerscharen von Motten in der Garage, Appartement würde ich nur für max 4 Personen empfehlen. Putzmittel als Willkommensgeschenk !
