Beautiful single-family house "Villa Amaii", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Karigador 7 km from the centre of Novigrad, in a sunny position, 200 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. Private: property 700 m2, garden with lawn, swimming pool kidney shaped, heated (40 m2, depth 15 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 550 m, pebble beach, rocky beach 300 m. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Swimming pool with hydromassage. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. Video surveillance of the driveway and parking.

Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin. Terrace 30 m2, roofed, terrace 5 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool. Ein super schönes Haus.Top eingerichtet.Alles was das Herz begehrt.Indoorküche top sowie die Outdoorküche.Poolgrösse völlig ausreichend.Waren 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern und hatte eine hervorragende Woche.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir waren zwei Familien à 4 Personen. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% den Angaben. Es ist alles da. Der Pool ist der Hit. Hier hatten nicht nur die Kinder ihren Spaß. Die Lage ist auch optimal. Zum Meer sind es fünf Gehminuten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit wenn man Fragen hat. Zudem die Familie der Vermieter eine Strandbar und ein kleines Restaurant in dem man nicht nur die kroatische Küche sondern auch den hauseigenen Wein genießen kann. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Wir haben das Haus mit Pool voll ausgenutzt. Die nette Stadt Novigrad ist nicht weit entfernt. Kleiner Markt für Frühstück und eine kleine Bar sind schnell erreichbar.

Eine sehr schöne Woche

Wir waren 2 Familien à 4 Personen. Das Haus entspricht den Angaben zu 100%. Der Pool ist perfekt und die Kinder sowie die Eltern hatten viel Spaß. Das Meer ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Am Strand haben die Vermieter eine Strandbar sowie ein kleines Restaurant in dem man hervorragend die kroatische Küche und den eigenen Wein genießen kann. Die Besitzerfamilie ist sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereit wenn man Fragen hat. Wir würden wieder das Haus buchen.
