Excellent place to stay for the condo itself. Very clean and good location. Everything worked great. If you are booking for the Romar lakes fishing experience as an added bonus, keep your poles at home. The "lake" to fish is roughly a foot deep, can see the bottom, not a place for fishing unfortunately. We traveled with our poles for 9 hours and realized it was a waste of time and space. The ocean wasn't too bad of a walk. Any misinformation would only be the checkin/checkout process. It was not ideal since you have to pick up and drop off the keys at a seperate location. Overall, 304E was a nice and relaxing family friendly experience.

Very clean, and perfect size for our family of 5. The walk to the beach was a little farther than expected but still doable.
