Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Seal up trash bags and place in best sage trash — separate garbage from recycle but also put trash in bags before putting in cans outside.
Please return key back to lock box.
Wash your dishes, it’s ok to leave in the drying rack Strip the beds and leave dirty sheets on the dryer Gather all dirty laundry and place in washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. The property is cozy and quiet with a beautiful view of the pond. The fact that it is pet friendly made it even better for us. WE would definitely visit again. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great summer vacation with the kids. My husband was able to fish the pond on the red canoe while I took the kids around the Poconos. House had everything we needed; grill, fire pit for s'mores, multiple places to sit outside and look at the pond. (heads up bring ketchup, syrup, etc).We were comfortable and there weren't any neighbors there during the week so super quiet. We went to Costas Family Park, the Claws and Paws Zoo and a special hidden swimming lake where we saw a bald eagle. We also had lunch at Log Tavern Brewery which is right by the house and was a great find.

Was little bit disappointed when arriving at the property and open the door there was a strong odor it smells like musty don't know if it was because it might be little longer not rented out have to go and buy smelling candles the grill was inside very dirty and the porch my wife had to sweep it cause there was lots of spider webs and pine stemps the launching chairs were with bird feezes

I will let our cleaner know that there was a musty smell. The cabin is very old and it can be fickle. Thank you for letting us know. As well as the grill, we live out of state and don’t know these things unless guests tell us. Appreciate the feedback. As far as the deck sweeping that’s Mother Nature, we too have to sweep everytime we are there and the Gardner blows it weekly. Thank you for helping up control that.
