This was a terrible experience. The location of the house was completely inaccurate. The address listed was misleading and not as described in the listing. They claimed it was only a 5-minute walk to the Malecón, but it was actually about 25 minutes away from San Felipe.It feels like they used a false location just to get people to book. On top of that, we were threatened by the neighbors next to the property and did not feel safe during our stay.I would not recommend staying here. Be careful before booking—I believe this listing is misleading, and our experience was extremely disappointing.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, this reservation involved multiple violations of our clearly stated house rules. The booking was for two guests, yet approximately ten additional unregistered guests were brought to the property, unauthorized parties were held, and items were found missing after checkout. The comments about the location are also inaccurate. Our property is correctly listed in San Felipe, and the GPS location provided through the booking platform is accurate. Any difficulty finding the property was due to the guests’ navigation, not our listing. We are committed to providing a great experience for guests who respect our home and follow the house rules.
