This semi-detached house in a quiet location is very comfortable and modernly furnished for 4 people. The house is situated in a gorgeous location right next to the Kammerwald forest. You can reach the beach in a 5-minute walk via a staircase on a hillside. A 10-minute walk through the forest takes you to the Ostsee-Therme, which features a spacious pool and sauna area. A parking space is available right next to the house.

Welcome to the holiday home on Waldstrasse. A beautiful semi-detached house with a south-facing terrace for up to 4 people.

This lovingly furnished semi-detached home in Scharbeutz, designed for 4 guests, features a spacious and light-filled living area with a cosy seating area, as well as an armchair and a dining area for 4 people to relax. A flat-screen TV with cable TV and Wi-Fi also add to the comfort. The unit features a bright kitchenette with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. In addition, the toaster, electric kettle, and drip coffee maker make cooking a breeze.
The spacious bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) for a restful night’s sleep. Small decorative items, as well as a wardrobe with a mirror, add to the sense of comfort.
The second, smaller bedroom features a cosy box-spring bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
The bathroom with a shower stall has a window.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement and are welcome to be used.

You can enjoy a wonderful end to the evening on the beautiful south-facing terrace.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
An outdoor parking space is available for your use.

The beach is 400 metres away, accessible via a public staircase on a hillside.
