This apartment is spacious and very charming, with its modern German cottage vibe, and back yard garden area. Bedroom has tons of natural light that comes in, with its own TV and wardrobe so you can feel at home. This apartment has a flexible room which can be used as a formal dining room, office space or to sleep 2 more on a Queen Murphy bed. Spacious living room, with hidden washer and dryer. This 1st floor apartment (of a duplex) is truly unique and very welcoming! ***Guest who wish to utilize the HOT TUB can do so at an additional $250.00 (for the entire stay). Waiver will need to be signed and then access will be granted to the hot tub. Please see additional rules for details on the hot tub***
